Important Information About Your Rancho Federal Credit Union Membership

After careful consideration, the Board of Directors has enacted a new fee structure to ensure that your Credit Union remains competitive, and will continue on the same secure footing it has enjoyed for 77 years. Members with checking accounts will be assessed $3.00 per month ($2.00 with e-Statements) beginning February 1, 2014.

To enroll in e-Statements and save $1.00 per month, please visit your @-HomeBanking and click the e-Statement link at the bottom of the left menu. Once there the system will lead you through the process of enrolling. If you are not currently using @-HomeBanking, visit www.ranchofcu.org and click on the @-HomeBanking menu item near the top. From there, simply sign up for @-HomeBanking and then access the e-Statement link at the bottom of the left menu. Your $1.00 monthly reduction will begin the first business day of the month following the date you sign up for e-Statements.

We value you, our members, and look forward to your feedback. Please contact us at memserv@ranchofcu.org with questions or comments.

Changes to Overdraft Courtesy Pay Protection

Important Changes that Require Action on Your Part: As a member benefit we provide Overdraft Courtesy Pay Protection. As a result of a new Federal Regulation taking effect in August of 2010, financial institutions are now required to have an OPT-IN response from members to apply Overdraft Courtesy Pay Protection for ATM and Debit Card transactions. Overdraft Courtesy Pay Protection is a discretionary service provided to our eligible members designed to avoid the embarrassment and inconvenience of a returned item and provide a safety net and peace of mind when unexpected emergencies arise. This service helps should an overdraft occur. To OPT-IN for Courtesy Pay Protection, log into @ HomeBanking and click on the Opt In/Out link on the left side menu.> Click here to learn more.
