Rancho Federal Credit Union 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members
The Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for Monday, February 24, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. We will conduct the meeting in person at the Downey Main Office and virtually via Zoom. At the meeting, we will conduct the election for the three open Director seats. The officially nominated candidates are Jason Lockhart, Emery Sipos, and Charles Whitehead. No nominating petitions were submitted, so the election is unopposed. There will be no further nominations from the floor. The meeting will include messages from the Chairman and the Treasurer, as well as a brief review by the CEO.
